Article 1 (Application)

These Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions of use of the accommodation reservation service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by VILLA ESSE UNA (hereinafter referred to as the "Inn").

Article 2 (Reservations)

1. A reservation is considered to be made when the inn receives a confirmation of the reservation.
2. If there are any changes to your reservation, please contact us in advance.
3. No cancellations or changes will be accepted without prior notice on the day of the event.

Article 3 (Cancellation Policy)

• Cancellation before or on the day of the event: 1001 TP3T of the room charge
• 3-6 days before: 501 TP3T of the room charge
• Cancellation before 7 days: free of charge

Article 4 (Payment)

Please pay the room charge by credit card at the time of reservation.

Article 5 (Prohibited Matters)

The following actions are prohibited

• Disturbance to neighbors
• Damage, defacement, or removal of equipment from the facility
• Pets (except guide dogs, etc.)
• Smoking (indoor)

Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The inn shall not be liable for any damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure.

Article 8 (Modification of Terms and Conditions)

The inn reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions as necessary. The amended Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon posting on this Site.
