Is there a children's rate?
Children are included in the capacity, but there is no special children's rate.
Is it possible for one person to use the room?
Yes, we can accommodate from one person. As the entire building is reserved for private use, even one person can enjoy the luxury of space.
Is it possible to stay for consecutive nights?
Yes, we welcome consecutive nights. We offer a maximum of 2 months of consecutive stays. Please enjoy Okinawa with a long stay.
How long does it take from Naha Airport?
It is approximately 60 to 90 minutes by car. Access by rental car is convenient.
How can I get there by public transportation?
It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. However, since a car is convenient for sightseeing in the area, we recommend the use of a rental car.
Do you have a pick-up service?
We are sorry, but we do not provide transportation service.
Is there a convenience store or supermarket nearby?
It is about 5 minutes by car to a convenience store and about 10 minutes by car to a supermarket. It is also convenient for procuring food.
Are there any restaurants nearby?
There are many Okinawan restaurants, cafes, and family restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. Information on recommended restaurants is also available.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, we have free WiFi. Passwords are posted in the building.
Are bedding and sheets changed?
For consecutive nights, sheets will be changed every 3 nights. Additional cleaning is available if necessary.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is prohibited in the building. Smoking areas are available outside.
Can I bring my pet?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.
When can I make an appointment?
We accept reservations one day in advance. Early reservations are recommended for popular seasons.
Can I make a reservation on the same day?
Same-day reservations are possible if rooms are available. Please inquire by phone.
When will the cancellation fee be charged?
Free of charge until 7 days prior, 50% 2-6 days prior, and 100% the day before or the day of the event.
How do I receive the key?
The self check-in system allows you to unlock the door with a code. There is no need to worry about losing the key.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you are free to bring your own food.
Can I shop nearby?
There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and a roadside station within a 10-minute drive. Fresh local foods can also be purchased.
Can I have a BBQ?
BBQ is available in the outdoor space, and BBQ equipment can be rented (fee required, reservation required).
Do you have swimming gear for rent?
Beach towels are available for rent. We will introduce you to nearby rental stores for other swimming equipment.
Are there any snorkeling spots?
There are many, but a tour at a dive store is recommended. They will take you to the best spots safely.
How to spend a rainy day?
Please refer to our Access page for information on nearby attractions such as Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, Helios Distillery tours, and shopping at roadside stations.
What happens in case of a typhoon?
In the event of transportation cancellations due to typhoons, etc., we will respond on a case-by-case basis. Safety is our top priority.
What if I am not feeling well?
We will guide you to the nearest hospital. In case of emergency, please call 119.
What if the power goes out or the water is cut off?
We will work to restore the system as soon as possible, but in the event of a prolonged outage due to natural disasters, etc., we will inform you of alternative means of restoration.
What if I forget something?
If you notice this after checkout, please contact us immediately. We can also ship your items by cash on delivery.
Can you arrange a rental car?
We can introduce you to car rental companies, but we do not make direct arrangements.
Can you issue a receipt?
Yes, we will issue a lodging receipt. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you have any requests regarding the name of the recipient, etc.
